Miso-Marinated Lamb Loin - parsnip puree, mustard jus

dessert, choice of:

Japanese Cheesecake - miso powder, bitter chocolate sauce

Panna Cotta - Okinawa brown sugar, kumquat



Kumamoto Oysters - 6 oysters, kumquat mignonette 23
