brioche french toast, sweet adzuki bean, blueberries

loco moco, onsen egg, nori

steak and eggs, hangar steak, umami butter *

pizza fritta, avocado, sunnyside egg

eggs benedict, country ham, poached egg

huevos rancheros, chorizo, black bean

okonomiyaki burger, honey potato bun, pickled peppers

uni carbonara, guanciale, calabrian chili  

miso salmon, broccolini, radish sprouts
